Currently, I lead Sales Compensation & Commercial Operations for a $77M segment at Philips Image Guided Therapy, where I oversee incentive design, quota methodology, and analytics across 600+ field employees. I’ve built compensation plans from scratch, supported multiple product launches, and led cross-functional initiatives that improved adoption, compliance, and time-to-deploy.

Several years ago, I pivoted a very successful 12-year insurance career towards business intelligence and data analytics. I wanted my work to have a wider impact on the business. I have a passion for data, driving sales results, improving efficiency, meaningful collaboration and storytelling. In 2018 I completed my Business Intelligence and Data Analytics certification at the prestigious Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. Today, I am a proud employee of Philips, a global healthcare conglomerate that focuses on cutting edge life-saving healthcare technology.
